Standard Return Policy for Physical Products Ordered Directly Through

  • At, we offer a standard 30-day money-back guarantee on all books, courses, CDs and home-study products that are purchased directly through our website. By “purchased directly”, we mean that your order was processed specifically through our shopping cart.
  • The materials must be returned to us in “Like New” condition within 30 days of original purchase.
  • Physical products should be returned, along with a copy of your order receipt, directly to our product fulfillment center. This information should have been included with your product shipment. If you have difficulty finding it, please don’t hesitate to contact us so we can help.

  • Once the product has been received by our fulfillment company, they will verify its condition. To qualify for a refund, the materials must be returned to us in “like new” condition. Standard Return Policy for Events Ordered Directly Through

  • Payment to attend real estate investment events, such as bootcamps, seminars, etc. is refundable if a written refund request is received by at least 30 days prior to the start of the event.
  • If the written refund request is received within 15 days of the start of the event, a partial (50%) refund will be given.
