If you’ve ever used bandit signs as a part of your motivated seller marketing strategy, then you’re no doubt keenly familiar with how… uh…”enjoyable” hanging those signs can be.
Can you see the sarcasm dripping?
I mean, bandit signs DO WORK. They produce leads, to be sure.
And maybe it’s kinda fun the first few times you go put them out (mainly because it’s a new experience, and there’s a certain rush to be had with dodging the sign police or the occasional sign hater).
But overall, while I do like think my house-shaped signs are pretty cool (see top-left), I’d say the experience of hanging signs is NOT on my top ten list of favorite real estate related activities.
But check this out…
Not too long ago my buddy Shaun introduced me to something pretty darn cool, that I’d honestly never seen before…
Ok, that’s just what I like to call it.
Anyways we made a quickie video together at his office to show you what it looks like and how it works.
And folks, let me just say, you’ll thank me for this if you do bandits in your real estate business.
So here it is in action…
P.S. This video was clipped from a larger video I put out a while ago. So if it looks strangely familiar, that would be why. 🙂
P.P.S. You can get a staplenator for yourself at BanditSignStapler.com.
That is a great invention. Like you, I have never heard of that, but am very interested. Thanks for the post and the info.
Also, do you know they guys that make that product? I would like to offer it to our readership as an affiliate program. Affiliate programs are great, but I notice that a lot of people in real estate don’t do them. It is time to wake up and get with the times. They are a win, win for everyone involved.
Nevertheless, great site REI Tips and keep the information coming!
Peace and real estate to you!
Freddie’s last blog post..YOUR DREAMS NEED A DUE DATE
the signs can help, but are litter.
I really like what you had to say here! It\’s about time! Would you mind if I placed a link back from my blog?
It is important to note here that while this handy contraption can save you tons of time and effort, stapling bandit signs (or yard signs)to poles at this point in the game can get you fined. I would suggest sticking to H-wires so that the signs are easily removed within the time frame they should be. If you purchase heavy duty stakes, they can be reused for a very long time… saving you money.
