JP & Bob,

This stuff is great. I am in a period that I am stuck! I have spent several thousand on advertising but have little to show. (One flip for $1500). Thus, I am still really upside down.

Love you theory of working with REO agents, but dont have a clue what to do, or how to legally flip REO since you need POF & your name on the contract.

Can you help. I will not quit!
