If attending June 3-4 / 5-6 events in Baltimore, MD…BWI Ramada

Event Dates:

  • REI 2009: June 3-4, 2009
  • Lifeonaire: June 5-6, 2009

Event Location: BWI Ramada Inn

We have reserved a “block of rooms” in the same hotel as our event for a nice discount. Instead of the normal nightly rate of $109, you’ll get in for $89 per night. This works for the nights of 6/1 through 6/5.  Rooms are two double beds or one king bed.

All you have to do is call the BWI Ramada  at 410-712-4300 and mention “Flipping Homes” when you reserve your room to ensure you get in on the right room block.

This block of rooms is only available for a limited time, so please make your reservation early.  It would be a shame for you to miss out on this discount because you waited to long to book your stay.

The hotel provides a free, 24-hour shuttle to and from BWI (Baltimore-Washington International) Airport.

If you do not wish to stay at the Ramada or rooms are fully booked, here are some other hotels nearby and a link to accommodations at the airport. (Please note that you will have to arrange your own transportation to the Ramada if you stay at a different hotel.)

Step 3: Read this FAQ…

Q. When will I get all of Shaun’s and Steve’s home study courses (the bonuses)?

A. They will be shipped to you within a week of processing your event tuition. So if you placed your order today, you can expect your courses to ship within 7 days from now.

Q. What should I bring with me?

A. First and foremost, a photo I.D. please — we’ll need that to get you all checked in on the first morning.

Also we’ll provide you with an event binder to help guide you upon check-in, but I’d also suggest a good notebook of your own and a couple of pens.

Q. May I record this event?

A. Sorry, no.  No recording devices (audio or vide0) are allowed.

Q. Should I bring any courses with me?

A. No, it’s not necessary at all.

Q. What is the dress code?

A. Think casual, tastefully modest and “layers”.

Wear what is most comfortable to you, but keep in mind that there’s no way to keep hotel conference rooms at a comfortable temperature for everyone.  We’ll probably aim for around 68-70 degrees if possible, so bring a sweater if you need to!

Q. What about food?

A. We will provide complimentary coffee in the mornings and water throughout the day.

No meals are included or provided with this event.  Meals are up to you, but we’ll often try and coordinate something together – it’s a great opportunity to spend some time debriefing with others going through the same experience!

Q. Should I rent a car?

A. It’s not necessary, but it’s up to you.  We recommend that you use the free shuttle service provided by the hotel.  There are lots of local restaurants to choose from if you tire of the hotel food.
