PURE GOLD: One Thing That’s “Like Rocket Fuel for Your Business”

OK, folks.  Pay attention to this one thing, and seriously, it may very well change your life.  But fair warning, it may also really challenge you

Marveling at “That Guy”…

"That Guy"Have you ever wondered why some people seem to enjoy an envious amount of success in their real estate investing…at what seems like twice the speed and half the effort of most everyone else?

I mean really, doesn’t there always seem to be “that guy”?  You know, the one who’s somehow able to squeeze crazy-fast progress and gobs of money out of impressive deal after impressive deal…

…while the rest of us struggle our way through at what feels like a snail’s pace in comparison – making progress, but working a ton harder to see a fraction of the “rock star” results “that guy” does…

And what’s more, you can tell he’s not all that special. Ya know?  I mean really.  It’s pretty clear that not only are you smarter, but you work a ton harder and have more time “in the trenches” than he does by a mile…

…and yet, he’s consistently kickin’ your butt (at light speed, no less) and earning an embarrassingly larger income than you

One Thing That’s Like Rocket Fuel for Your Real Estate Business…

I have a revelation for you today. One that, if you take it to heart, may very well change your life forever.

No, it’s not an overstatement.  You’ll see.

Step 1: Listen and Learn…

Here – listen to this 14m:39s audio, and see if it doesn’t move you…

Step 2: Share & Respond…

After listening, share your own thoughts in the comments below.  I dare you.

What This Is (In a Nutshell)…

  • This is one of the most important and compelling real estate tips I’ve ever posted.
  • This was never meant to see the public light of day.
  • It’s the last few minutes from the tail-end of a private training session.
  • It was completely unscripted and frankly unexpected…but once we “went there” I knew this stuff was frankly too important not to share with everyone.
  • The one single biggest thing that sets Bob apart from other investors (and makes him an REI superstar)
  • This is very likely how “that guy” does so much better than you, even if you’re smarter, work harder and frankly deserve it more.

You’ll also hear an insane, step-by-step look at how, just last week, Bob and a mutual friend of ours went into a brand spankin’ new market and, within 36 hours of hyper-focused activity, were able to target millions of dollars in profits.  Basically in 1.5 days he blasted through what it takes most folks months or even years to accomplish.

I look thoroughly forward to reading your remarks below…

Hey JP, Ever since I have joined your website I have learned a lot of information. I’m a newbie in real estate wholesaleing still learning how the process works. Thank you for all of the valuable information you share with me. I do have one question tow If you would mind if I ask U. When first getting started is it best to build a list of investors first or start building a list of sellers first?

This was great, great advice. My problem has been being all over the place, a problem with not knowing where to focus my real estate investing efforts. I’ve known that I should focus and you guys confirmed it with the best example. THANK-YOU, JP!

    Yes.
Focus is the biggest problem I got. Trying to create a buyers list and going about it while the wife is interupting every thirty min about sometning, or the kids want time is very distracting. so the only way is to piss people off and tell them I busy until the task(s) done. I just am going to have to accept that. Thanks for the pick me up

Focus Daniel-son. All jokes aside, focus is the number 1 contributor/detractor from my success and when it’s on, IT’S ON! The flip side of that coin…well, we all know that flip. Thanks for sharing the great content, JP and keep it coming. I really like your format on this blog and will continue to visit on a regular basis. btw, great meeting you this weekend in Vegas.

The value of ‘hyperfocus’ cannot be overemphasized. It is arguably essential for highly productive outcomes. A complementary essential ingredient is, of course, the specialized knowledge [e.g., in-depth knowledge of at least one specific strategy] upon which to take such focussed action. It is in knowing ‘what’ must be done that imparts potential to consideration of the ‘when, with or by whom, and how’ to go about doing so.

With ‘hyperfocus’ being the fuel, may I propose ‘specialized knowledge’ under guidance of a plan [focussed by one's driving purpose, as Bob alluded to] to be the rocket propelled thereby?

Thank you JP and Bob. This was indeed a valuable contribution to the community of investors. As with so many other examples, it is great that you think to share of your experience and ideas – consistent quality of content that seems to be always worthy of merit.
