JP,
I agree with Jeremy that is some solid content in Preston"s course. I was probably a little hard on him with my review, but I suspect that he was overwhelmed when he sold a couple of hundrd copies of his course and did not have time, or just gave up on answering questions as he promised. It is a good course for a newbie with no experience in Probate Investing. After working Probates for a while, and listening to several guru's ptch their way to do Probates, I have learned that Probates are different in each state and sometimes different in each county within a state. We work two local counties right next to each other, and they are very different in the way that we have to get the info that we need. Most courses focus on the process in the local area where the writer lives it appears.

Although the manual did just repeat the audio cd's, its a solid course. The Letter Generator alone is worth it. I'm actually sending my first 75 letters (for 20 leads) out Monday. Just about everything is automated.

My only objection is with the actual mailing of the letters. Your going to have at least 3 letters per lead and it is a pain in the rear end to mail these suckers out.

There is no way I'm going to print, fold, insert into envelop, and stamp again! There has to be a way to automate the mailing process. I would much rather use Click2Mail but I can't save each individual letter.

JP please help me out here and not let me go through this painful mailing process again! :)

<blockquote><strong>Hi, Jeremy -- I typically hire this part out to friends/family in the past. Now I have a Virtual Assistant. $0.23 per letter's pretty standard.

I purchased the Probate's by Preston course and you are correct. It was not very professional at all. The binder just repeated what was in the video, and both were un-edited. He promised free access to mastermind group for 30 days, which was just a bunch of people complaining that they got screwed and did not get their products that they had paid for (ie: no useful info at all). He promised 30 days e-mail support for questions, but never responded or answered to my 3 questions, so I doubt if he answered any at all. The course contained nothing but very basics and was disappointing considering the poor service.
