It was not very professional at all. The binder just repeated what was in the video, and both were un-edited. He promised free access to mastermind group for 30 days, which was just a bunch of people complaining that they got screwed and did not get their products that they had paid for (ie: no useful info at all). He promised 30 days e-mail support for questions, but never responded or answered to my 3 questions, so I doubt if he answered any at all.
