<description>First of all, yes, my name actually is Billy Ray Legendary. This comment is not as much about me as it is about the writer of this blog... JP Moses. However, in order to tell you of JPs character, I will have to reveal some things about myself and my situation.

I used to be in an investor group with JP when I lived in Memphis. To make a potentially long story short, I am an investor who just happens to be blind. Yes, 100% totally physically blind. I run my business (buying, selling, and financing mobile homes) from my home. I happen to live in Washington state currently, but my business is being done some 400 miles and almost 7 hours away in a neighboring state (Oregon). We have bought 4 mobiles in the last 8 weeks: One goes on the market this week, 2 are in various states of rehab, and we have 1 under contract. We are making offers on at least 2 more before the snow flies.

We never leave our offices. We have never met even one seller or buyer in person. That's by design for lots of reasons... mainly because there just are not enough JP Moses' out there who think of the disabled as "whole people." That's why I say this post is not about me, but about JP.

Let me explain. It is kind of funny, because just today (literally this morning) I was making a list in my head of investors who have been the most influential in my investing career. JP Moses is in the top 5 of those on the list!

Why?

Well, like JP said, most people's biggest struggles lie between their ears... their own thoughts of themselves. Now, I have been an investor for some years, but have been held back not by my blindness, but by my own lack of confidence in my ability to do it as a blind man.

JP didn't think so.

JP invested his time in me. He answered my questions. He made his own educational material available to me when I couldn't afford it. No, don't ask him to do that for you... unless you are willing to pluck your eyes out! :) Hey, it isn't really bad at all... bats do it blind, and they are super productive, right?

Anyway, I can tell you this right now. If you are looking for someone to trust to tell you what's truly going to be a benefit to you from an educational standpoint, you couldn't ask for a more trustworthy guy than my friend JP Moses.

JP not only pointed me in the direction of educational material that made me money quickly, but he has remained my friend over the years even after my move 2,000 miles away from Memphis. I touch base with him every once in a while via email either to tell him how I am doing, or more likely, to ask yet another question! :) P.S. JP, I need your new email address my Brother!

I want you to rest assured that JP Moses will not only point you in the right direction educationally speaking, but he also believes in your ability to do it! If he didn't, he wouldn't take time away from his precious family to pump good material into you via this website like drinking water from a firehose. JP has a viable investment business of his own, so don't make the mistake of believing that this is just a way of padding his pockets.

As for me, I am getting as much business done as possible before winter. At that point, I am back in the recording studio to cut more music tracks for my Bride-to-be (she speaks professionally), as well as for other professional speakers/talk radio hosts/others needing theme music. Yes, when you are blind, it is a requirement that you also play a musical instrument! :) Otherwise, they take away your secret decoder ring and blind guy membership card! Did you know that it is a myth that we hear better? Think about it... do deaf people see farther? Hmm?

Okay, I am getting silly now. JP, thank you so much for your influence on me and my business! Thank you even more for your confidence in my ability to do it, but most of all, for your consistent friendship! You truly are like a Brother to me!

Hey, write soon, will you? I am working on my own guru course to be released in about 10 years! Ha!

Thanks much!
