It is amazing how much accurate information you guys give out and explain the terms you use which helps a lot.

If you could hear some of the absolute junk that is discussed at some guru seminars...I think that's why the comments are low sometimes on your website.

No one can believe how honest you are and they can't believe how many lies are regularly told by gurus who don't practice what they preach and give tactics that don't work in the current market.

I paid $1500 recently for a seminar that is not nearly as up to date in explaining REO offer strategies and how to rehab to get the house sold fast.

I just sat here and listened to the case study and was pissed because I knew you were not lying and that I just paid $1500 to get lied to on many important points at this seminar.

You guys rock with integrity and a real solid knowledge of practical applications to make real investing work.

Thank you.

Wow, Dave! I'm humbled! You're welcome...and thank you for your kind words. They are warmly received.

I truly do my best to provide value here. I make no bones about the fact that my blog is a FOR PROFIT endeavor...just like my REI business. But I also truly see myself as an advocate for my fellow real estate investor colleagues. And hearing you say what you said tells me I'm doing at least something right.

Much obliged...and please keep commenting.
