And yep, that’s right here in one of the “worst” real estate markets of the century. (Doesn’t this guy know you can’t make good money flipping property in this market? 😉 Please tell him to stop using a profit model that’s tailor made for the times – it’s making others look bad!)
An Update from the Market’s Bleeding Edge…
