Here’s a few of the things I use, like and recommend for people in my world who want to make you life and business easier and generally awesomer. (new stuff will be added over time, so maybe check back or something 🙂 )
- Fujitsu ScanSnap S1300i Mobile Document Scanner
—Pretty much the awesomest scanner I’ve been using since forever. Super fast, super small footprint and scan straight to PDF. A killer resource for keeping my home office rocking paperless efficiently. So there.
- Fujitsu ScanSnap iX100 Wireless Mobile Scanner
—Basically same as above, except newer, mobile-er and even cheaper. Haven’t tried it personally cause my original still work so awesomely. But I’d sure give it a try if I didn’t already have the other one.
- Genius Scan App (PDF Scanner)—Sooooo much better than the scan app built into Google Drive. Pretty much anytime I get a receipt (biz or personal) I use this to grab a tasty scan all quick-like, then fire it over to my bookkeeper/wifey, and bam, I’m done. Receipt aptly handles, and no longer anything to remember or keep track of on my part.
