I feel that Jack has stumbled upon a not-so-widely-popular 'niche' that can be a catapult for a lot of newbie investors to enter Real Estate Investing with, and do so while not investing a lot of upfront capital, as well as very little risk! Thanks for providing this recorded call! I feel that Jack has stumbled upon a not-so-widely-popular ‘niche’ that can be a catapult for a lot of newbie investors to enter Real Estate Investing with, and do so while not investing a lot of upfront capital, as well as very little risk!
