I feel that Jack has stumbled upon a not-so-widely-popular 'niche' that can be a catapult for a lot of newbie investors to enter Real Estate Investing with, and do so while not investing a lot of upfront capital, as well as very little risk! Looking forward to see what Jack's price point will be for his system, as I'm very, very interested in it!
