The ads are amazing, it lets you track how many people are looking at your ad, and posts it on craigslist, oodle, google, etc. It used to be free so I haven't used much of the other features since you have to pay now but the ads are worth the $9 investment. The ads I generated had over a $1,000 views and we got about 20 calls and 100 emails and selected a great tenant. I just cancelled the account after we selected a tenant but you can always pay again to open the account back up and everthing is still saved as it was before. I would highly recommend it this for the ads. Even our prospective tenants mentioned how nice the ads were. I’ve used rentomatic to create ads online.
