I know that you were commenting on Gerald Romine’s system on your website. Dave Lindahl was touting the above last night. It seems to have similarities. Have you or anyone from your staff compared the two? Which one do you think is a better system since both are priced the same @ $995. And both charge a monthly fee of $95 or $99.

Since you’re buds with Gerald, maybe he should be aware of his competition, if he is not already. Feel free to pass the links along. Possibly Gerald would compare the two and comment.

Hey – just a word of caution real quick.

I know you’re getting a bunch of stuff about The Ultimate Real Estate Investing 2.0 System today so let me give you the facts. (I wanted you to hear it straight from me.)

Q: Is it good?

A: Yes, but it’s for people that take action. If you’re at the “wishing and dreaming” phase in your life, you might want to sit this one out. (And hey – we’ve all been there.)

Q: Will it make me money?

A: Probably. I’m only saying this because I’ve applied the systems and have made a lot of money personally. But i *do* take action.

If it worked for me there’s no reason it should not work for you. Remember what I said though… this is for people who take action. If you are or want to be a real estate investor then this is for you.

I know you’ve seen all kinds of crazy launch offers in the past and you’ve been promised the moon before. But if you are serious about investing then I’d get this while you can… PLUS you get over 15K in real bonuses because my friends provided them for this launch.

Q: Is it easy?

A: Sort of, there’s about a 30 minute learning curve to the software. It’s not magic. It’s certainly not difficult, but once you’ve spent a little time with it or watched the help videos you can crank out justified offers, short sales, subject to, land trusts, and REO deals in just 5 minutes. (Literally – no kidding on this).

See, that’s the power of having a kick butt system in place.1,2, DONE!

I started real estate in 1989 and I’ve spent the last “20 years” creating/editing/updating my systems and I’ve done the hard work in giving you a software system that works. You know what I mean? And you get the benefit because you can use my systems directly from the software, edit them, or create/add your own.

Q: Would you advise me to get it now?

A: Yes – the software is normally 2K and it doesn’t come with any bonuses. Right now you get over 15K in real bonuses because this is a huge launch and the price is the lowest it’s ever been. And… once the launch is over the software won’t be available until our new customers are taken care of.

Hi, Kevin. I’m glad to see Gerald chimed in and respond to you himself!

In my opinion it’s not so much a matter of “is it fair?” as it is, “is it worth it?” and “is it affordable for me?”

And the first question is a matter of value.

What’s your time worth? Seriously, put a dollar amount to your time. Then ask yourself if you considered this tool to be an “employee” you hired to manage all that it does, would this employee cost you less per hour than you deem your time is worth. In other words, will it save you money by freeing you up to make more money through a better use/allocation of your time.

And ultimately that question can only be answered by you, right?

I’d say if the software does as promised, and saves as much time and effort as promised, then it’s definitely worth a serious gander.

As to the “is it affordable” that obviously depends not so much on how you value your time, but how much you can realistically budget for something like this. Which again, can only be answered by each person.

The licensing fee gives you worldwide access to the software and unlimited updates and it’s on the sales page and order page. We have a real cost of maintaining data, security, support and give you essentially a world wide office.

Our software is kind of like “crack cocaine” for investors because once you’re on it you’re hooked. Proof? We have customers who purchased UREI 1 in 2007 who gladly pay the monthly licensing fee because of the value delivered in the software and the number of deals they could not otherwise do without the software.

Whether you value UREI 2.0 by the number of deals, systems contained therein, or your time I think you’ll find the price is next to nothing compared to the value delivered.
