Im new to investing and I must say that personally I cant wait to get my hands on FS. I sit and watch my mentor use it and I know what it has to offer. We almost shot a video today of an investor without FS. LOL..

Going from excel to tax appraiser, to google maps, then here and there.

I would love to have everything on one screen. Would save so much time.

Glad I was able to see through all the hate that this is a fit for me

I like your insights…..As I move thru the process of buying and selling homes again here in Central Fl, it is good to gain access to your common sense straightforward ways of explaining how to get started and avoid many of the traps…
As for Freedom SOft….I am not far enough along yet to justify the expense for me…15 years ago when I was doing this full time non stop, I would have paid double for the chance at a program like this….

Well sorry, but I have yet to get to use the FS, comps do not work for my area, motivated sellers and all that do not either, maps are not great,v pike works better. e-signature could not get going, affiliate, lost $500 on that one,contracts are not easy and to top that today they called wanting to charge the mo. $ 98 and the 60 day trial is not even up. With ALL the glitches and lack of HELP/support a person would need 60 plus days. Why do I need to pay $1200 year when without comps and other VITAL info-how to do a legit contract,plus FS owns my info/websites upon not paying the $98. $400year, 2 websites,online for 5 yrs.,no glitches, CONNECTED INVESTORS has NO BOOM to drop on my head or purse. For areas that the info does not work, Preston needs to LOWER the fee, but to me that is not the answer either, except maybe to chat with other FS folks to which I say there are SO many other RE chat rooms.

OK–ALL the deluge of emails was a BIG turn off. I already have SIMS and realeflow/open road so was not even interested. I am re-considering. How do I get FreddomSoft now? Don’t tell me it’s closed, I know it can and will open at any time anyone wants to open it–so how?
