This is a great time to buy Real Estate with all of the foreclosures. Never before have we had the wonderful opportunites to purchase Real Estate at such remarkable prices. I agree; you should wholesale deals prior to becoming a landlord. I did the opposite when I started to out 3 years ago.

Great information, thank you. It took me a while to look through this whole article and I haven’t watched the videos yet. A lot of times it seems that whenever I pick up a real estate investing book I have to read over the information two, three times to be able to fully comprehend the content..why?? Well, fortunately I was able to find one that suited me and for anyone out there in the same boat read “The Pizza Delivery Millionaire” by Rick Vazquez.. he makes use of a parable to teach tips and strategies which I think is very effective! Thanks again for breaking this down for us JP

The trouble is with Cliff’s notes is that they weren’t written by JP!

I saw the videos. They seem to be making alot of investors, and investor want to be think about what they are doing with their time, and how they can learn from his new system.

Thanks for the review. People need trusted
guides to content these days.

As for the Realtors and the banks I think your
speed plug in was going to fast. I do tell about this year and next being HUGE in that department.

I just want folks to be on firm footing with their knowledge and values when they dive into that world.
