Hi, Daryl. Yes, in most areas there are now ordinances against Bandit Signs, and in some places they actually enforce the fines. But many investors still use them and just consider the fines a part of the cost of doing business. And in other areas, the ordinances aren’t enforced at all.

I use one that was designed by an engineer (and it looks it), two models (it telescopes so there is a long one and a short one that both collapse to fit in the car), and cost $90. It works great and I have been using it every week for over a year with no obvious wear and tear. I'd post a pic if I knew how, but... This isn’t the only one out there.
