You are sooooo right about this. You have to do something that is going to create that opportunity. In this case, you made $40K, excellent, but it is a result of the action you took to get the knowledge to make the dough. Bottom line, taking action is what matters. If you want to be successful in real estate investing, it takes persistent effective action to get there.
