A Cream Pie in the Face

Admittedly this has absolutely nothing to do with real estate investing. I tried in vain to come up with some kind of cool REI-esque lesson to tie in. Nada.

But in the end, what more do you really need to say?…

I guess the lesson is, if you ever remark aloud to your family that you wonder what it feels like to experience a pie in the face, expect a finely collaborated effort between your brothers-in-law and 6 year old daughter to actually make it happen on your family vacation at the beach.

So I just thought I’d share.  :lol:

Anyone else ever had the pleasure of a cream pie in the face?  Or maybe experienced another family prank as ridiculously awesome as this?

    Yes, it was quite tasty. I’m just glad they used whipped cream instead of shaving cream. Not nearly as tasty.

    How old are you I’d guess early-mid 20′s

    As of the time I’m typing this, I’m 34. But I often get mistaken for being in my 20s. My wife looks even younger! I started in REI in 2,000.

    My sister, like you, made the mistake of wondering what it would be like to have a pie in the face and why people delight in the practice. So being the great brother that i am i organized for her to be pied pronto. She has seldom laughed so much and was thankful for the experience as it stopped her from taking herself too seriously!
